Environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit metal-clad switchgear
The DLNH101-12 type environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit (GIS) enclosure is filled with dry air at a pressure of 0.02 MPa and can operate at zero gauge pressure. A pressure equalization hood is used to optimize the electric field within the enclosure, creating a slightly non-uniform electric field to ensure insulation performance. There are no inter-phase insulating barriers, and the contacts are not encapsulated. The structure is simple, eliminating the risk of insulation aging and failure. The design concept of a minimum functional pressure as low as zero gauge pressure reduces equipment leakage and ensures that the equipment's insulation performance is not reduced even when the equipment leaks to zero gauge pressure, allowing for ample time to schedule power outages for inspection and maintenance, thereby increasing equipment reliability.
