Outdoor high-voltage ring network energy metering box
The RMDL-12 outdoor high-voltage ring network energy metering box is a combined electrical appliance of an outdoor ring network box and a metering device, developed to meet the metering needs of power systems. Based on the traditional SF6 insulated ring network box, a metering device is added to each outgoing line, enabling each outgoing line section to have an independent metering function. The SF6 insulated ring network box and metering current transformer both adopt a fully sealed, fully insulated structure, so the equipment has strong weather resistance and safety. During use, users can conveniently replace the CT ratio according to load changes, making metering more accurate. When replacing the current transformer, only the circuit breaker needs to be opened, the isolating switch opened, and then the grounding switch closed, to allow for transformer replacement, greatly reducing the power outage area. The current transformer ratio can be selected from a full range of 5/5A to 600/5A, facilitating user selection for different loads. A DTU position is reserved to meet the requirements of the integration of primary and secondary equipment.

●The RMDL-12 outdoor high-voltage ring network energy metering box is a fully sealed and fully insulated combined metering device. It adopts ring network power supply, and both incoming and outgoing lines use vacuum circuit breakers with SF6 insulation. Each outgoing line is equipped with a metering device, enabling each outgoing line section to have an independent metering function.
● The upper part of the switching unit is the circuit breaker, and the lower part is the isolating switch structure. The operation is simple, and it has a complete five-prevention interlocking function, which conforms to the operating habits of current maintenance personnel.
● The front of the metering box is the incoming and outgoing line circuit breaker switches, and a DTU position can be reserved. The back is the metering room, which is installed with metering CT and metering PT. A metering current transformer and an energy meter compartment are installed on the back of each outgoing line switch; and there are independent compartments for locking, padlocking, and sealing.
● The protective current transformer adopts a through-core structure; the metering current transformer ratio can cover the full range from 5/5A to 600/5A; the metering current transformer and voltage transformer both adopt a plug-in structure, which is convenient for installation and disassembly.
● According to user needs, the ring network energy metering box can realize multi-input and multi-output schemes.
