- Outdoor ring network box/switch station application scheme
Ring network box characteristics
The DLNH series ring network box is designed and developed by Dingli Company, and is composed of an environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring network cabinet and an outdoor box shell (GRC/SMC/stainless steel shell is optional).

● The shell material uses stainless steel with a thickness of no less than 2mm, and the outer surface is powder-coated to achieve high corrosion resistance; the parts are all sheet metal parts, connected by welding/welding gas box mechanism room riveting/bolting, etc., to ensure structural stability and light weight, and beautiful appearance;
● The top cover of the shell adopts a water-proof structure design with ventilation function (drainage angle is greater than 3°). The ventilation inlet is arranged on the side of the shell with a removable dust filter, and the outlet is hidden under the eaves. The air convection from bottom to top makes the cable room door box have good heat dissipation and ventilation effect;
● The box has a sealed bottom plate with cable entry and exit ports, effectively preventing moisture in the cable trench from entering the box;
● According to different requirements, the shell can be designed with a front-opening or four-sided opening structure; the door is sealed with a sealing strip, and there is a limit hook when the door is opened, which is convenient for fixing the door; the ring network cabinet installed in the shell adopts maintenance-free design, which can adapt to harsh outdoor environments;
● The outdoor ring network box can be equipped with automated complete sets of equipment (RTU\DTU\FTU, etc.) to realize the three-remote functions of power distribution equipment, upload of power grid data, etc., to meet the requirements of the State Grid for the secondary integration ring network box.
