The DLHM-12 environmental protection type outdoor high-voltage energy metering box is developed for the needs of the power system. It perfectly combines the ownership boundary point and the metering point and has an intelligent intelligent boundary switch function. The product shell is made of stainless steel and is treated with anti-sticking spray coating. The protection level reaches IP44. According to different functions, it is divided into four independent compartments: high-voltage switch room, metering room, inlet room, and outlet room. - Product Structural Characteristics
The DLHM-12 environmentally friendly outdoor high-voltage power energy metering box is a fully sealed and fully insulated metering device. The device is installed in a stainless steel outdoor box, and the metering box is divided into four independent functional compartments;
●The front is the circuit breaker compartment, which allows for operation and setting of the circuit breaker, and has a mechanical interlock with the incoming line compartment and the outgoing line compartment to meet the "five-prevention" requirements.
●The back is the metering compartment. The upper part of this compartment is the meter compartment, and the lower part is the current transformer compartment.
●The left side is the incoming line compartment, which accommodates surge arresters and cables of various specifications.
●The right side is the outgoing line compartment, which accommodates cables of various specifications. This compartment has an observation window for clear observation of the real-time position of the three-position isolating switch.
●The circuit breaker uses a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber as the switching device.
●The circuit breaker, three-position isolating switch, protective CT, zero-sequence CT, and other conductive parts are all sealed in a low-pressure environmentally friendly gas box to ensure stable and reliable operation of the device.
●The operating mechanism of the device is sealed in a compartment with an IP55 protection level, fundamentally solving the problem of corrosion of outdoor equipment operating mechanisms.
●The metering CT and metering PT both adopt a fully sealed, plug-in installation structure design, which has good protection and is easy to install and maintain.
●The metering current transformer is installed in an independent compartment and can be locked, padlocked, and sealed.
●The meter compartment is equipped with a lighting device for easy meter reading and maintenance. The compartment door panel has a lock and seal device to meet metering requirements.
●There is a gas box observation window on the panel, with an internal lighting lamp, which allows for clear observation of the actual state of the switch.
